How do you become the inventor of your own destiny? Take a clear look at yourself, your desires, your inspirations, your drive. One way to become inspired and creative is by opening your heart and mind to something new. An excerpt from the book Yoga in America helps explain this"once we become aware of these thoughts that dominate our life, we have power to undo those thoughts that don't serve us anymore". This is a very powerful message.. By ridding ourselves of thoughts that we basically don't need we have freed up the space in our hearts and our minds to move forward to absorb positive , creative energy to reinvent ourselves as we move forward in our lives.

The practice of Yoga has helped me personally and professionally reshape who I am inside and out. Occasionally even the most positive people hit a roadblock of sorts that can just throw you off balance. Yoga has helped me regain the balance and focus that i need in my life to create the most harmonious, creative, positive atmosphere for me and my family.
