I believe yoga provides the tangible pathway to discovering the intangible aspects of your life. In it’s simplest form, yoga may be a physical practice of poses and breath awareness; however when approached with patience and discipline, yoga unlocks parts of your spirit and opens pathways that one may not discover otherwise.

At Blissful Living we believe one’s yoga practice is a direct parallel to one’s life. If you practice mindfully, leading with breath, exploring, discovering, accepting; then so shall your life be. This is the daily lesson to which yoga brings awareness. Cultivate patience, acceptance, courage and trust; to name but a few attributes that surface “on your mat.”

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
YinYangYoga is a mildly heated room with an athletic vinyasa flow approach. The first half focuses on our yang energies, using focus and determination to breathe through challenging and strength building series. The second half taps into our yin energies, connecting with our patience and surrendering into deep stretches. Both adding up to an intensely blissful experience!
Warm vinyasa is a tradition vinyasa open flow class in a mildly heated room.
Restorative afternoon classes are simply open flow vinyasa delivered in a more gentle approach with focus on breath and rebuilding the body and spirit.
Reflective evening classes are open vinyasa flow style as well, mingled with non-flow delivery of other asanas to help unwind the body and relax into the closing of your day!
