Delish ingredients:
3 ripe Heirloom tomatoes
1 whole cucumber peeled and chopped
1 large yellow pepper
2 shallots chopped
1 1/2 tsp worsteshire sauce
1/4 cup sherry wine vinegar
a pinch of kosher salt
a few swigs of franks hot sauce to give it a kick
1 shake of cayenne pepper.
*1/2 tsp of honey
1 to 2 avocados
juice of one lemon
Here we go
Chunk the tomatoes, cucumbers, shallots and pepper and mix in all the other ingredients. Set in the refridgerator for an hour. (not more than 24 hours). mix in the blender or food processor manually so that you can leave it a bit chunky. put back into the refridgerator until you are ready to serve.
Take the pit out and cut the avocado into cubes. brush with a little olive oil and lemon and throw on the grill until you see grill marks.
Serve the cold soup in a pretty martini glass or any decorative glass or shot glass. The finishing touch: add the grilled chunk of avocado to the middle of your soup and serve. Delicious, nutritious, and fabulous. Enjoy
