Come experience a week of blissful nourishment from the inside out. Iyala will guide you through 2 yoga classes a day (morning and evening), meditation, practices centered around awakening, restoring, and inspiring our true passions and purpose. The morning yoga class will enliven and awaken our body, mind, and spirit with a vinyasa practice and in the evening we will practice a flowing sequence with longer holds especially targeting the hips, spine and shoulders .
Each day there will be a guided meditaion practice. We will explore one chakra each day as we use the 7 day retreat to balance the 7 major energy centers in the body and how they relate to our day to day life, integrating their influence to suffer less and live more. Drawing upon yoga philosophy, psychology,chanting, visualization, and astrology we will gain a deeper understanding of how these energy centers play into our well being, everyday life, and the choices we make.
Enjoy a 1 hr massage included in the retreat. Please bring a journal.
