Kripalu is the quintessential country escape complete with sweeping mountain vistas, hiking trails, and a spectacular lake. Get a healing treatment at their top rated spa, luxuriate in the whirlpool or sauna, take an optional early morning or noon class such as hot yoga, Danskenetics, or pranayama. In the evenings you can opt for a concert, independent film, or some other special event. Of course, there is also so much to explore in the Berkshires. This week will surely be the ultimate rejuvenation for body, mind and soul. Tangle wood and Jacobs Pillow are in session while we are there too!
