As a former Wall Street trader and Yogamama of triplets, I understand firsthand the stress of life, and the need for relaxation and liberation of the mind, body, and spirit. A Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through The Yoga Alliance and dedicated student for nearly 20 years, I am grateful to many wonderful teachers including Alex Shipman, Dharma Mittra and Raji Thron. I am experienced in the different systems of Hatha Yoga, pranayama breathing techniques and meditation. In my teaching experience I have come to learn the great need for yoga specific to athletes. I have been studying new approaches to traditional yoga postures for those less flexible helping to balance the body, increase flexibility and prevent injury.
