My Bio…how dreadful…Well, I first “discovered” Yoga during a backpacking trek across India 14 years ago…My first “yogic breath” was filled with the fresh aroma of trash, cow dung and burning bodies along the River Ganges in the city of Varanasi (how romantic)…While in India, I learned from myriad teachers all with their own wisdom to impart…Blessed to be from LA, I continued to practice from a wide range of LA’s great and talented teachers, all of whom have been great sources of inspiration…My greatest teachers of all have been, and always will be my family- wife and three kids, whom I am continually trying to “master” (to no avail)…

Throughout it all, Yoga, has always been a calming and centering power in my life and has lifted me out of many “black holes”…I thank all of the great yoga teachers for passing on such an amazing gift.

So enough about me…it’s all about you now…your life, your truth, your balance and your Yoga! I hope to be a gentle guide and humble inspiration in your journey as you discover and rediscover with every breath your true self (whoever that may be)…I will do my best to challenge you along the way with a spirited, music filled and sweat drenched class…So bring your towel and your heart and let Yoga do the rest!
