This retreat offers you the opportunity to experience resplendent peace and joy in a setting that is sure to heal your body, mind and soul. While we hope all with take advantage of numerous activities available through the resort (you can plan these through the facility at an additional cost), we hope that you will give yourself the gift of silence during portions of their stay, including during the mornings until after we’ve eaten. Silence is a powerful way to rebuild our vital essence!

We encourage participants to bring partners or friends who may be new to the yoga journey and want some exposure but want some vacation time too! We’ve left ample time in our planning for them (and you!) to explore the activities the space provides. In this regard the retreat offers two streams: a) workshop stream, and b) yoga basics. Those attending workshops will leave with sufficient new knowledge to carry forward in your practices.
